I'm torn on how to review this store. Prices are cheap and the goods are presented in a pile it high fashion with little space to move freely between these piles. I doubt whether it would be friendly for wheelchair users or those with other mobility issues. This is a two storey store with an escalator up and down. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Everything was great up until I had an online order to return. I had ordered two items and both where unsuitable. So went to the store to return Everything appeared to go well until I received the promised text some time later to advise that I had a part refund. I had only been refunded 1 of the two items that I'd returned. I had travelled some distance to get to the store and back so decided to call the store. A waste of time no lie I called appropriately 20 times and not once was the call answered. So 2nd trip to the store the person I had originally delt with was not on the desk but another gentleman was I explained the situation and luckily the items returned where still behind the counter. So after a few checks I was informed that a 2nd credit had been made and I would get another text to advise. Having been bitten once I decided to wait for the receipt of the text before leaving the store. 20 minutes later still no text. Queried the refund and was assured it had been made and to check the next day. Now two days later still no text and no refund showing in my bank account. You really need to give customers something physical at the point of return to acknowledge there returns.

I didn't give it a full five stars as it seems that the gift shop is big and the Mill doesn't even seem to operate anymore. I was wanting to show the kids how cotton was woven, but I did manage to teach them that women of a certain level of self delusion will buy any tat with diamonties on it

I would like to say a very big thank you to Michelle from Worcester Dunelm, we asked Michelle if it was possible to have a chair delivered today for a member of our family, the chair was needed for someone coming home for palliative care and hospital couldn't supply for a few days, we didn't mind paying delivery cost or even extra, Michelle enquired for us, however this was not possible, but straight away Mitchell said it would fit in her car and she would drop it off after she finished work at 3.30. To say were amazing is an understatement, she delivered it as promised, Dunelm, you should be very proud of Mitchell and hopefully realise how lucky you are to have her as a member of your team. Again thank you Mitchell for coming to our rescue.

Always an enjoyable trip to get things for the house, to make it a home. Not the cheapest shop around - but still very reasonable and I've never struggled to get what I needed. Parking is a cinch, you can have a coffee in store - if you want one. Staff are helpful, friendly and will provide a digital receipt to your email address, should you require it.

Generally okay for covid safety, hand sanitiser at entrance. There tries to be a one way system in place, but it doesn't really work with just stickers on the floor. The aisles aren't wide enough for people to pass each other. Good stock, deals are good price.

Easy to navigate and lots of parking available especially disabled parking which made it easy taking a disabled relative along. Lots of items on display and generally clean and well presented throughout. There are Covid rules and signage but the store is a bit cramped to manage them well enough i.e. some of the walkways aren't big enough for multiple people and two way traffic. Overall, a nice store with a good range of items.

Very Christmassy! Lots of reasonably priced decorations. Lovely cuddly plush toys. Amusing Christmas singing, walking doggies and lambs and trees. As well as the usual Dunelm bargains. We stopped for coffee and a scone at the cafe. Plenty of free parking. A most enjoyable visit.

Store great, stock great, love this store for all house hold essentials. But was massively disappointed by the cafe. Was there for about 14.30 and was told I couldn't have my croissant warmed?? No sign to suggest this, waiting in que, unaware of this information until served. ( clearly there is a toaster in the background.) Cheese scones are hard, tasteless and incredibly dry. Apart from this, restaurant clean and tidy. Will continue to use store, but dont think i will use cafe again.

WE as a family love Dunelm.Mills always something to buy ,even if you just intend going there for a coffee...lol...The coffee shop is upstairs with glass walls so that you can look down and see the goods on sale as a whole.It is light and airy and very well set out. The cakes and coffee are very nice too. WE'LL BE BACK...!!

Visited Blackpole branch Monday 18th Feb 19 and had problem with the WiFi connection. Three Staff members couldn’t help. Then, step forward JADE one of their young colleagues who solved the glitch after great persistence. She also accompanied my wife to the 'Bathroom Department’ giving further help. Her courtesy and attention is not often encountered these days. This Lady is a credit to Dunelm, we left the store warmed by the experience and look forward to our next visit.
