Did my Christmas shopping here and is in a fantastic location to me. Good bus service with bustop close by. Very close to town centre and not just brilliantly priced, the stuff they do sell is good quality. Far better than b & m. The local range also has an Iceland which everything all under one roof and an also next door. Heavenly.

What a nice surprise ICELAND freezer shop nice the store. We went in for mops and cleaning materials, but disappointed so picked up some frozen food. Sorry to say b&m is my preferred store for cleaning products.

Great selection of products. Love how all the home stuff is set up by colour. The thing that let's the store down is that it's always hard to find staff to ask a question.

Ordered a load of Halloween stuff online for delivery to store. The one item I ordered came in two different styles but you couldn't chose a specific style online so I ordered two and took pot-luck. When I went to collect the (ENORMOUS!) box from store they had sent me two the same, I asked the lady on the Customer Services desk if I could straight-swap one for the other style and she readily let me do it. Very happy. :)

Managed to grab a few bargains for next Christmas including traditional decorations. Issues with price adjustment on the tills (and some staff didn't believe us about the pricing) but managed to get it resolved

Very busy shop with good value and choice on many products. Small but welcome cafe. Full of Cristmas gifts of various quality. Unnecessary long queue on exit with some employees simply chatting to each other at information desk despite many customers waiting. Shame, could do better.

The shopping was good but the cafe not so good. My dais sausage roll was still cold in the middle a d my other daughters panini had loads of onions in it, it wasn't labelled as having onions in it. The guy serving was quite miserable, not exactly service with a smile. Will stick to Beanies in St. John's from now, great service, great food.

Love that The Range has come to Worcester, they have a fantastic range of home interior items. The outdoor plants are great and they have a good selection of garden bits and bobs. Although I do feel that their paint selection is very often depleted. Maybe that's just a sign of the times. They also have a good frozen food section and basic pantry type items, they also have a fruit veg and chilled section.. The Christmas section when it was there was beautiful colour co-ordinated and good value for money. They have clean toilets however I am unsure if they are accessible to wheelchair users.

This is one of the biggest Range stores with a massive selection of products I've been to. They have everything bedding, gardening, pet supplies, kitchen goods, lighting, art and craft, automotive, furniture, toys and currently a Christmas store. You will also be surprised by an in store Iceland as well, this is not the biggest or even a full selection but has some nice products in stock. I'm sure you could loose a fair few hours here if you're not careful. Well worth a visit and the staff were very friendly to boot !!

Although the store hasn't been open very long the staff are quite knowledgeable about their designated areas. They are also pleasant & helpful. The variety of goods on offer is amazing and incredibly varied. The prices are excellent and there's a cafe on the mezzanine serving well priced snacks & meals.

Not bad. Sells loads of stuff.... But seem to have dozens of staff milling around with 1 or 2 on the tills. Three times now I've queued right up past the freezers for around 10 mins! Would have been quicker to go to Screwfix for what I wanted

Good ish variety of food,not as good as supermarkets like St Peters Tesco or Sainsburys in St. Johns but it is more of a corner shop than a supermarket, it does seem to have a fairly good household range, not totaly extencive, but as it only has one ground floor and no upper and lower ground floors, there are limits.

I love the range tbf I have one complaint and that's go in at the right time because I go in there for my card making stuff and to have a general nosey around and sometimes when I get there the shelves have been raised so I pretty much just grab what I can knowing I'll use it.but apart from that the staff are very friendly it sells all sorts of stuff from furniture to notebooks and craft stuff to gardening things (there is also an Iceland inside it)I love it.Well I'll stop boring you now.

This is a large ex Homebase site full of all things for the home including an Iceland, garden products, crafts and furniture. It's inexpensive, quite trendy pitched at lower end of market next door to a big Aldi. Everything is pretty well ordered and it's self serve for the items pay as you leave. The entrance is supervised to keep numbers in store low. It's very accessible for wheelchairs and children. There is a fair amount of cut price items and if you were setting up home decorating etc its all here if you are OK with mass produced goods. Leading to the check out is an orderly queing system but you have to pass rows of sweets high calorie and junk type items. Here having children with you or trying to cut down on unhealthy foods is a very big challenge. The check out experience was miserable. I had to wait some time for 50p off an item to be approved and the check out assistant was having a very bad day telling me she didn't want to be there and didn't like dealing with the public. I think the irony was lost on her. I guess this wouldn't be an issue for some people but for me it was clear staff training around customer service was lacking. I probably would go again as it's useful for bits and bobs but for purely functional purposes with low expectations on I think want is now referred to as the customer journey. If I could go elsewhere I would but sadly no diy etc on west side of Worcester now.

As neither of them were within 2m of myself I dismissed it but please could staff just think about the mesaage they are sending to other customers.

Alladins cave of goodies!! Lovely, good quality home furnishings and more, really nicely presented and, reasonably priced. Good time to visit is weekdays as weekends tend to get busy but, apart from queuing at the till, it's relaxing strolling round the aisles. Coffee shop is enough to recharge the batteries. Also has an outdoor garden centre. My only gripe is the lifts. They are disabled lifts so very small and VERY slow! Maybe would have been better 1 disabled and one full sized.

Woo hoo, the "new " Range is spectacular. It's like a sweet shop when I was a kid, only with grown up house goodies. You will light up going in there at the amount of stuff they have. There is a cafe aswell and lifts. Just wonderful!!

It's great to have The Range in Worcester now. A large store, it lives up to its name - its incredibly full of competitively-priced household goods, gardening, sports and hobbies, art, electricals, DIY , clothing, furniture etc., plus an integral Iceland foodstore & cafe. Plenty of free parking (Stay time restrictions in force) and an Aldi on the same site.

It was quite exciting going to The Range,,,,I didn't know quite what to expect when my daughters took me one weekday ,,,,It was a wonderland of lovely financially viable goodies, Mirrors,,,,I love mirrors and there they were, thousands of them ,some classic some plain framed and others different shapes and sizes,,, I was in my element, My other favourite must haves are basket ware are kitchen China or utensils,,,, Also I like some types of furniture,,,tub chairs or wickerwork hairs and pouffes,Then I remembered that I needed a bit if grocery shopping and we had no time for a stop off on the way home and to my delight they had an Iceland shop in house too,,There were also so many other household things to look at after I had sated my desire for my favourites,
