Excellent customer service so far. Scheduled a delivery of a fridge freezer for the 26th, lets see if it arrives. Unlike curry's who promised delivery 3 times last week and failed. I'd cancelled the order with them and gone local. I'll update after my divery on the 26th.

Very happy with Carter's, had to leave a positive review. Brought a Frigde Freezer from Carters after my old one packed up. They were really helpful and friendly. Found excactly what I wanted. Not only did they deliver my new one to my flat the next day! They brought it up two flights of stairs, and took my old one away. All for a very reasonable delivery charge. I will definitely use them again if I need anything else. I got better service and value for money from carters than I've gotten from some of the bigger retailers. Thank you Carters!

Even during the current restrictions it was good to be able ( social distancing fully adhered to ) to view electrical goods . We have been without a cooked prior to lockdown. There is a great choice , from this store with , sound advice and removal and fitting also included .
