Reviews of The Range, Worthing

Went in a picked up a picture frame, went upstairs and ended up picking up a garden rug and parasol. Got down to the till via the lift with my hands full. Needed a 20kg parasol base and a lovely chap went upstairs to get that for me. Then no bar code on the parasol so had to wait a few minutes for the lovely lady from customer service to go back up to find that. Everyone was really helpful and cheerful. I gratefully accepted the offer of help to get the items out to the car. Was a really nice experience and the rug and parasol look great in the garden! Thanks, all

Always great products in stock and is very tidy and well stocked. It can be very busy at times where you will be queuing to the end of the shop. If there is anything you need for your home, this is a great place to go. I managed to get matching curtains for my entire house and curtain rails. They have an Iceland inside so you can do your food shop whilst getting a few bits and bobs for the house.

Love going to the Range as so much choice. Sadley I ended up getting a parking ticket as in shop too long. Had to wait for disabled bay as need to be able to open door fully & other bays to tight. I cant walk very fast & also needed to sit down for a while so decided to eat there. We hadd to wait for it to be cooked but well worth the wait as had a lovely meal. Shop now twice as big so takes me along time to go round, especiallyas they have move alot of stuff so have to find it again. Mayb they could have some sort of machine where disabled shoppers could enter their number plate so if do over run the 3 hour restriction their not faced with a £100 parking fine. Mayb I will have to park in streets next time as only 3 disabled bays so if have to wait again I will have same problem. How about introducing a parking ticket machine instead of cameras. Beware as it could be you next time .

It was an incredible shopping experience! Everything was displayed in a presentable way, so it was really enjoyable and pleasant to look around the store- both downstairs and upstairs. Myself and my elderly mother were looking for a garden furniture set, and we thought the prices might be out of our budget but we thought we would go take a look anyway. The displays were very nice and the prices were not too bad but still just a bit over what we could do. However, after looking around we came across the 'mix and match' section and were able to put together a garden furniture set at a very reasonable price!! But then I was quite hesitant about getting it downstairs and if it would all fit in my car, so i spoke to a very helpful young assistant called Cameron, who totally reassured me that he would get everything downstairs for us and into my car no problem- he even said that he recently got the same table into a small car so he was confident he could do it again, and this greatly relieved me so i made the purchase with him upstairs which was really convenient and hassle-free. Cameron was extremely helpful, calm and polite. He provided exceptional customer service and it made me want to shop at The Range again in the very near future. I would have given him a tip if i had the cash on me but with card payments being the norm i didn't have any cash on me, but i hope his manager might read this and give him a staff bonus :) I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at The Range and the covid-19 safety protocols were brilliant, with plenty of hand sanitizer around the store yet we were able to move around the store with ease and didn't feel the procedures were overly intense so it was nice to feel it was a normal environment and it didn't hinder at all our enjoyment of going to the store today. Thank you for great service and products!!

I love the range! It's so brilliant full of everything you ever needed as well as everything you didn't need but want. I bought a Halloween gonk today 🤣

A much improved store now it had been extended across the entire width of the building. Before, the store was cramped with narrow Isles and basically an all-round unpleasant experience. Now though, it is vastly improved and dare I even say, a pleasant experience. Full of useful household and hobby related stuff at good prices.

Its typical Range. A good selection of ornaments, pictures, candles, plants etc. Parking good.
Very busy the day I went, disappointed that the lift was out of order so no way to get upstairs as I had my elderly mom with me in a wheelchair...
Yes, it's an OK shop.
