Brian collected my Dyson DC33 hoover the day after I rang on the Friday. He rang me the next day and informed me of what needed repairing and delivered it back to me on the Monday. I was extremely pleased with the prompt and professional service and the very reasonable cost. I have had my Dyson for a number of years and it now works better than ever and smells lovely. I can highly recommend Brian and the company to anyone needing a repair.

Called Brian and couldn’t get through so he called me back! Briefly explained the issue with my Dyson dc25, agreed a price and a time for pick up. Brilliant work from Brian today. I messaged him this morning as the roller on our Dyson DC40 had stopped turning. He collected at 12-30 today and returned it at 4-00 pm fixed, after repairing broken wires in the wiring harness. Very reasonable price and superb customer service. I can not recommend him highly enough. If I could give 10 stars I would.
