When I had some diffficulties assembling the transparent lids on the honey extractor I contacted the Monster help desk who were most helpful. They passed me onto their Technical department. Through email and images, they helped me to resolve the problem I was having. Despite the fault being mine, they still went that bit further to help me. I really appreciated the help and patience they showed in helping me out. If there was a 6th star, I would give it to them. I would recommend the Monster company to one and all for the equipment they sell and the backup provided.

I ordered a fruit scratter (to crush apples) which was good value and even better value if you don't mind a 'customer return' with not the original, or slightly damaged, packaging. But it should work. Sadly when it arrived, part of it was in bits as it got shaken up in the box (not packed well enough!) so... useless. Monster were really good and after some correspondence changed the price so I could get the bits welded up locally and now it works fine. A good, well-made item. Cheers.

We bought 12 x high temperature glue in place of the usual product for my partner's classic car restoration line of work as we couldn't get the other product delivered in time, but it was equally as effective and efficient. I purchased some Flexible Lawn Edging Garden Border Grass Path Edge Pathways Rubber 1.2m Lengths, on their eBay store. Good quality products, very easy to install by way of inserting plastic 'stakes', these ought to last a good many years. I bought this type of lawn edging as it allows the wheels of a lawn mower to 'glide' over the bottom edge, thus negating the need to use a strimmer afterwards. And they serve their purpose as expected. Delivery of said items was prompt, and a decent amount of packaging used to deliver them in. Overall, very happy with my purchase..no doubt i'll be back for another purchase from their wide ranging catalogue of products someday.

Bought this chimney sweep brushes set as my old set would not connect to my drill, I ordered a 9 rod set and it was just right for my 3 bed semi, The rods snap together well and seen strong, with my fully charged 18v dewalt drill driver, I set myself up dust sheets and plastic sheets, The process was so easy my wife could have done it, With the drill on a high speed setting, away I went, With soot falling down my chimney at a fair rate, I attached my old hoover into the log burner, This took a fair amount of the soot, soon not one but 2.5 hoover bags were full. The whole process only took minutes to complete, I would like to recommend this product as a well made and strong, well designed and able to carry out a thorough chimney clean, Very happy.

My monstrous spring clean-up task was made easier by their high-quality Monster shelving units, delivered with great speed by Chief Monster & his friends. Happy experience - twice now. Delivered very quickly. These are good shelves - you can make them 90cm or 180cm high. Easy to put together - as long as you push the upper tabs on the beams out a little so they engange easily. The MDF shelves are fine for dry locations. For damp places, you need metal shelves. I saw exactly the same shelves advertised in last Saturday's Times at twice the price! This was my second purchase and I am very happy with them - they help you organise a lot of stuff so it's easy to find. Helpful staff too!

The stretch van carpet I ordered came the wrong colour contacted them and got a response straight away they collected the wrong carpet and delivered the replacement straight away customer service very helpful in sorting the issue and follow up message to ensure all was satisfactory! The tile cutter I purchased was just what I needed as my old one burnt out before I could finish my bathroom tiling. The new tile cutter came very quickly and was easy to set up. The water did not spray everywhere as with lots of tile saws. The saw blade cut effortlessly, there were Two-extra blades , why I do t know because the tiles I had were very hard but they were cut like a knife through butter,I can’t speak highly enough about a great saw and a caring company, very well done.

We searched far and wide...and locally....to find a replacement pull out larder unit for our very old collapsed one. There are many out there and at a wide range of prices so, in the end, we judged by both reviews and cost. We are delighted with the unit we chose from Monster Shelving. Delivery was promised after the weekend but, in fact, arrived the following day....not bad from York to Windsor ! Thankfully, our local friendly handyman helped to put it together as I think it's certainly a two man job but, once installed, we now have 6 generous baskets and a fully functional, soft closing unit with masses of storage space. There is often some reticence about ordering on line in case a problem occurs. However, I feel more than confident that if there were to be a problem this company would be willing to deal with it. Very helpful, very friendly, great product !

Ordered a 5 in 1 heat press on 22nd May for next day delivery, obviously with the coronavirus pandemic I expected to wait a week maybe, a week passed and still nothing.....so I tried to ring their customer service number and it just rings out and tells you to contact via the website. I sent an email and a few days later I recieve a message stating that I am on the list for pre-orders for 19th June 2020 of the item and that I would recieve the item either the following Tuesday or Wednesday 23rd or 24th June. I have checked my account and the order is still processing. I have asked for a refund and I am still awaiting a reply from customer service. Losing 4 weeks worth of work after my old heat press broke and now unable to send orders out due to waiting for the new heat press. Very poor customer service and very little correspondence or updates. Why have a phone number if nobody will answer the phone. After posting a 1 star review I received an email to say that my item Had been posted and it arrived the next day. So i have now upped to 5 stars as 1 star reviews can seriously damage a business which i am not a supporter of.

I’d like to congrats to all the Team of Monster Group UK for its great and amazing customer service. A couple of weeks ago I had a problem with my 5 in 1 combo heat press to which the principal arm broke. After call to the support center and explain my problem and the urgency of my request to get the replacement because in a couple of weeks I should go to a Fair to press Clothes, they make all the possible to send me the replacement ASAP. Unfortunatelly the address was wrong and they send it to another customer. I sent an e-mail explaining the cuestion and phoned to UK from Spain to request urgently the replacement unit. They phone me back 3 times to tell me that the spare’s will be at my home at time, and really they do. This afternoon the unit arrived at my home. Some people thinks that the quality of a Company is measured by the quantity of product selled, but I think that the capability of the Staffs to solve the eventuality problems is what it makes a Solid and Responsable Company. Purchased a sublimation printing bundle 14 april 2015, unfortunately the cap press wasnt too good, Monster replaced without question immediately, great service (but still cant find caps that fit properly). Mug press superb as are the flat press unit and the other parts. Just recently the printer had a critical/terminal fault, this has been replaced without question.
