Good store, friendly staff. Visited today , furniture assistant, very busy, so after waiting for 20minutes, went over to the assistant and another customer, said sorry to interrupt but can you come over to me and my wife when you've finished with this customer. It was after another 15minutes, the assistant went off with the first customer to I believe was the till. 10 minutes later we saw the assistant with another customer, I was livid, went to the till and asked for the manager, the person behind the till was not much use, explained again I wanted to complain to the manager. Suddenly the assistant came over to the till, said she was free, I told her the last time we saw her she was with another customer, oh I was only arranging for another member of staff to assist, I said why didn't you do that for us, or why didn't you explain what you were doing. We went to order 2 X Sofa's, came away annoyed and frustrated.

Easy access for wheelchair users with plenty of blue badge parking. Although I didn't use a lift to get to the upper floor, I was told ther is one. Usual good selection of clothing although I gather there have been some delivery delays on a few things.

Lovely staff extremely helpful and very well organised! They have paper masks just as you enter which will be extremely helpful to those who may have forgotten there's. Very impressed! Keep it up!

It was next menswear, not home we went to. Good selection but the 7 items we bought were picked up en masse, unfolded and shoved into a bag. They would have been creased like rags by the time we got home 7 hours later. I removed the clothes and folded them myself. The assistant just disappeared.

What a store! We spent so long just walking round looking at so much stuff. Great to see a huge selection of Next products all in one place. I got my pooch an amazing toy too. helpful and friendly staff. Worth a visit when in the area.

I visited the home wear department ,lighting looking for something different from the rest , but due the staff reductions (Covid19) there was only one store assistance covering that department and she had a lot of customers enquiring her attention, so we left . Next should consider a little more about volume on a weekend.

Went in to look for curtains as stock was very low in Dunhelm. We were helped by a very friendly assistant who let us take the curtains out of the packaging so we could have a better look. All curtains and poles bought in one place. Very happy customers.

Currently my favourite store for clothing and house decor. Lots of choice of high quality clothing at reasonable prices, most of which fit my shape well. The store itself is modern, well laid out and clean, with good staff. Can't fault it.

Based on the Vangarde shopping Park on the outskirts of York just off the ring road. Lots of free parking and good retail stores and restaurants around the Next store. Big Bright store on 2 floors with a Cafe Nero attached. It's a lovely store to browse with mens, woman's, children's clothes with household goods and gifts. Pretty much the full Next range. Very nice service from the staff here.

Another of my favourite 'go to' places when Im looking for anything as a present or quick gift for anyone. This is HUGE store and I was spoilt for choice as to what to buy. I also like this store, because of its size, you are able to see first hand many of their 'Home' items in the flesh, so to speak, which is much nicer than just looking online.

Visited Virgin travel who are based in this Next Home store. Brilliant service by a member of their staff called Chad. His advice and attention to detail went beyond the call of duty. Booked a holiday to New York. Would I recommend Virgin Travel? Absolutely

Really nice lady took a lot of time to help me select a suite for my new duplex apartment, unfortunately everyone I chose was either not available or would be 12 weeks or more for delivery I had to go elsewhere unfortunately but she did sell ne some delightfull white glass bedside cabinets which blended so well with my decor
