So he then ordered the replacement part required and, as soon as it arrived, he was back to install the part and ensure the appliance was working properly before he considered the job done. We highly recommend Washer George. He came to look at our AEG dishwasher and when we explained the problem, he knew instantly what was wrong. He immediately ordered the parts and said he’ll be back in a couple of days to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and gave some good advice. He also had a quick look at our washer as it was making a racket during the spinning cycle. He sussed out that one of the legs were not screwed down problem and proceeded to solve it! We would have no problems asking him back again. He was friendly, punctual and had a pleasant demeanour! Mar 21 - George has been to give our washer an ‘MOT’! There were a couple of things that didn’t feel right so asked George to come and take a look! He checked the washer and highlighted some minor concerns! We feared that the heating element on our Samsung washer/dryer might need replacing, and that we might need a new set of door seals, but cleaning out a load of fluff from the back of the machine and cleaning the door and door seal fixed everything up. We were given some really good advice on how to reduce the likelihood of this happening again (using a biological powder and a plant-based fabric conditioner like Ecover) and to run the cleaning cycle weekly.
