I would highly recommend Geriant, the service he provided has been excellent. He always responds promptly to my messages, even during the evening or weekends. He chased my application for planning permission with the council and always kept me informed of the progress when he had any information. He did a very thorough survey of my property before he prepared the architectural drawings and he was very COVID safe.
