Excellent service from start to finish. We own a Grade II listed property and needed planning permission to build an Annexe. David walked us through the process and gave us an idea of timelines etc. We were always kept in the loop of where we were in the process and if there were delays. Plans approved and building consent granted. Highly recommend David and his team.

Highly recommended - very professional I used Coloini Architechture for a single story side and rear extension to my property. From the start, I found them to be prompt, efficient and professional. They clearly explained the process and all of the costs up front. They have been very easy to deal with throughout to the project. They listened carefully to my requirements, made changes to reflect our discussions and offered very useful ideas and advice. I found it very easy to speak to them on the phone, especially during the COVID restrictions. Both of us would have the drawings in front of us on our computers and we could easily discuss details, changes and ideas. First Class architecture firm. Excellent service. I hired David Coloini architects to design my single storey extension with Re-design of the new open plan kitchen-diner, new lounge, snug and pantry, to secure planning permission in addition to providing structural calculations for builders and building regulations. He was punctual, professional and extremely personable. He guided me through each process of the complex design carefully and provided invaluable input and ideas which I had not considered. The overall effect was a stunning design which I am entirely pleased with. He was always available for my additional enquiries and even helped with product recommendation and specifications. Nothing was too difficult along the way and he completed the design including additional structural calculations well within schedule and I obviously received my planning permission. What can I say about David and his services? Having a bad experience with a recommended architect previously, I admit to being nervous when I initially Googled for architectural help to draw up, and progress, with a relatively modest extension to our home. David was refreshingly honest, up front and knowledgable who has always acted - with either advice or actual work - with our best intentions in mind. He's had to put up with our regular change of mind and always responded to emails and calls, often from my wife or myself asking the most mundane of questions. The result, we have not one, but two successful planning applications in the bag, detailed plans for what we believe will be a house extension that not only compliments our home, but will enhance it.
