Right from the start it was a professional approach from Vin. He understood our needs and was able to deliver achievable ideas we would never have thought of. The communication was always free flowing, and he took ownership of submitting the plans to the council. Yes we got a couple of rejections from the council, but that’s part of the parcel when it comes down to planning, but Vin jumped on these right away and worked directly with the council for approval. An overall great individual to work with and I would highly recommend his services.
