S. W. S.If you go straight to KCC you will get a proper key cut.
If you go through certain Estate agents you may receive a key that feels and performs like a Lucky Bag or Christmas Cracker toy.
So I'll give KCC the benefit of the doubt.
When I got keys cut from them personally they were fine.
b.Just popped in for info but staff were helpful and they seemed to stock a lot of parts for all your window and door based needs.
