I was looking for a party wall surveyor and I found Mr Buray via the faculty of party wall surveyor website. I needed a partywall agreement in place and all relevant technical drawings to help with our plans to remove our chimney breast from the ground floor only. Mr Buray is a knowledgeable party wall surveyor with qualifications relevant to the role, unlike other surveyors who hold no qualifications relating to the building industry. He is acting as my party wall surveyor and I am surprised how reasonable his rates are compared to other party wall surveyors who have nowhere near his experience and knowledge. Even though I am not paying for his services he is ensuring my neighbour is not incurring unnecessary costs. If you are looking to use a party wall surveyor he will give you the best advice and is brutally honest with his opinion.

I heard about Mr. Surinder Buray from a family friend who was having difficulties with a planning application which was very difficult because a hostile group did not agree with the application.
