Daniel offered us fantastic advice from the onset and set out in clear detail what was required along with the process we needed to undertake. The designs were fantastic and met all our expectations. Daniel handled the planning application on our behalf and gained planning approval. The whole process was very professional and we couldn’t recommend him enough!

I was impressed with the offer Design and Development Associates present. A very thorough survey of our house and a useful chat through the possibilities and Daniel came back with a detailed initial drawing that was close to perfect. A few small revisions and we were on our way. His innate knowledge of what is required to get through planning and support with structural designs and planning control mean't we had no issues whatsoever and we were ready to go with the build. Covid got in our way a bit but now we are just about done and have the home we have wanted for many years. I have no hesitation in recommending Design and Development Associates and should we ever see another project in our lives, I would be going straight back to Daniel.
