We were very satisfied with our recent experience when in need of a structural engineer to assess a property crack. Nicole responded very promptly to our initial query and took all the information straight away. She was prompt to book an appointment to view the property and gave us reassurance and verbal feedback after her visit before writing the formal report. We were impressed with the speed in which the whole process took place and were fully informed throughout the process.
