We were recommended to use Jakes services, to produce a fresh contemporary design for our single storey rear extension, by a mutual friend. The job specification we gave him was simple, here are the dimensions and that’s about it. What he produced, on such a simple brief, was truly stunning. The attention to detail and the level of design he presented to us was exceptional. He showed he has a natural flare for the contemporary and a real understanding of materials and what would work best in the surroundings. He was equally open to take on board the changes we requested (albeit only a few). The finished build is exactly what we were looking for, Spacious, light and Homely.
