We instructed Invent Architecture & Design following several highly rated reviews, and we have not been disappointed. Our project consisted of the renovation of an existing property with the addition of an extension. Lee provided some great ideas for our project and high quality drawings. Communication with Orlando has always been fast, clear and reliable. Any questions we had have always been dealt with in a timely efficient manor. I would have no hesitation recommending Invent Design to anyone looking for a professional company that provides a great service.

We’ve had and continue to have a great experience with Lee and Orlando at Invent. We chose them to help bring our extension ideas to life, or at least on paper to begin with! They took our brief and added their own ideas of how we could make things better - to suit the property itself and not make the extension look out of place. We live in a fairly old 16th century style cottage - so making sure a new extension doesn’t look “odd” is part of the challenge. From everything we’ve seen of the drawings so far, we love it. And when we’ve gone back and forth with tweaks and modifications, they’ve been very accommodating and very quick and clear with their responses. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Invent to anyone in the area. They’re a brilliant outfit!

Lee has just helped us with the drawings and design for our new house and has already submitted these to the council. Lee helped us with planning, design and building application for our single storey extension to add a downstairs WC, Utility Room, Study and Porch. Lee captured our initial requirements and quickly produced the drawings to submit to the Council for planning. We had no experience of dealing with the council so Lee submitted the plans on our behalf and dealt with the whole process from start to finish. He also produced the detailed plans for building regulations, liaising closely with our chosen builder when needed, and dealt with submitting these to building control. Lee was very friendly, professional and provided the drawings quickly. I would not hesitate to use and recommend Lee in the future!

Lee is professional and friendly, he is happy to listen to exactly what you want and will advise you of what can legally be done under your requirements. He doesn’t rip you off with his prices and isn’t pushy which I can’t say the same about certain other architects! He is very efficient in the timescale of producing and providing you with your excellently comprised plans. He handles all of the dealings with whichever council you maybe using to apply for planning permission and keeping you informed.
