Highly recommended, We are large portfolio landlords, with in excess of 100 HMO rooms across more than 20 properties in the midlands. We have used Parm exclusively across our pipeline of developments across the city, he and his fabulous team have been instrumental in delivering excellent quality drawings which are highly detailed, and a wealth of planning knowledge to help navigate through our planning applications and building regulations. I have been very impressed with Drawing Desk over the 5 years that I have used them. I met Parminder in 2017 when I was looking for an architect to draw up some designs for a very tricky residential / commercial property conversion. This was complicated by the fact it was a listed building. I felt that Parminder understood my wants and needs very well. I had spoken to other architects but I felt Parminder 's ideas made better use of space. Parminder was great at liaising with the council and myself, until we got the planning application passed. Since then I have since used Drawing Desk for two other large projects (both residential and commercial), including a project that was successfully won on appeal by the Planning Inspectorate. This was a real battle, but it would not have been possible without Parminder! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Drawing Desk to others who need architectural services, and I will be using their services again in future on my next project.

I instructed Parm under at Drawing Desk for my architectural designs around April 2020. As everyone was struggling to adapt to lockdown at that time, Parminder was excellent at communicating and getting the work done with minimal delay. After discussing and finalising the plans together, the application was submitted to the council. Unfortunately, because of the size of my planned residential extension, the project had a few challenges. Despite this, Parminder was able to get the plans fully approved with hardly any revisions to the original plans. Would highly recommend him and I'm already in the process of instructing him for my next project!

I am a little unsure about the low review below as I had completely the opposite experience!!! From my initial point of contact Parminder demonstrated his knowledge and experience and I was pleased to be able to appoint him for a project with an extremely quick turnaround. Our project was of highest importance to us and Parminder did not disappoint infact, in my opinion he went above and beyond - including completing works before the stated deadline - thank you Parminder! Oh and also upon reflection of reading the dubious review below, Parminder invoiced me for exactly what we agreed, at the exact times we had agreed, with no issues at all (with clear refund policies outlined in documentation)...
