From the first meeting, Catherine was great. She listened to what we wanted to do and helped us think through how to best use the space. They had the drawings finished on time, and were very patient through a few rounds of changes from us. They were also very helpful in dealing with planning permission and knowing how to deal with the council and what they would need in order to approve us.
Our project ended up falling through at the last minute because of an issue with the landlord, but all of our interactions with EDS were fantastic. I will absolutely use them again if I need to, and would recommend others do as well.

A. S.I needed planning permission to extend my garage. As I have never done this before I decided to use a professional service. I contacted EDS who visited promptly and gave good advice and suggestions. I then subsequently engaged them to submit the planning application.
I had good communications throughout the procedure and as a result I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring this type of service. My application was subsequently approved.
