I approached Davide through online search for an Architect for my two storied side extension. He is a very nice and polite guy who is having great knowledge, experience and expertise in his field. He clearly explained me various aspects extension rules, how I can proceed. He provided me with best architect drawings. The turnaround time was so quick that none of the Architects I was in touch were able to match. I am very impressed with his work and he is an honest, reliable and always ready when you need him to discuss about the project. I can recommend him to anybody without hesitation who are looking for an Architect for their projects. I will certainly hire his services for my future projects.

Davide worked for our loft conversion in Stockbridge, Edinburgh. He was involved in all stages of our project, from design tender to the completion and he liaised with contractors and council in a very professional way. I approached Davide to remodel my flat as I was approaching retirement and felt the property was not working to my needs. Davide provided several options and explanations of how the flow would be enhanced.. Once we settled on an option Davide wrote the specification and invited builders to tender the project, we interviewed the builders and made our decision. Davide managed the Builders and contributed some bespoke design for housing of the TV and entertainment unit, built in wardrobes. bathroom and kitchen layout. He was happy to engage in discussions on decoration and lighting fixtures and fittings. Overall the project ran smoothly and within the budget I had set. The overall build quality is high and friends and family have been stunned by the end product.

Plans for our garage conversion were drawn up quickly, even quicker than expected. And when we requested some changes and some additional points added in, that wasn't a problem. Now the builder is in, and he too has had nothing but praise for the thoroughness of Davide's work and how it has made HIS job easier. An architect's plans are an essential core component of a building project, and so you want to invest in them being the best they can be. With Davide, the best is what you'll get. I have found the service offered by Davide and his team extremely professional and attentive to all the needs and requirements we had. Davide designed an extension to our daughter’s room that would include introducing one big dormer window. Due to planning the large dormer idea didn’t pass and David came up with the alternative 2 smaller dormers instead and this got the ok from the planning department. All good and very satisfying results. Highly recommended !!!
