My husband and I contacted Yorkshire Property Design Services last week looking for some guidance on an amended layout for our house. We spoke to Rob who quickly understood what we were looking for and drafted not only some plans but also artists impressions of what the finished project might look like. Everything was produced in a timely fashion and at very reasonable cost. We will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

We found Yorkshire Property Design Services as a recommendation on Facebook do thought we would get a quote. We were very impressed with Rob Steward. He talked us through all the steps and costs in the process, given this was our first time needing an architect. He only needed to visit once and remaining contact was via email and phone. We were given designs we hadn't thought of so felt we had a fresh perspective on what we had in mind. He liaised with the planning officer to see what would be approved so we only went through 1 round of approvals. I would recommend using YPDS.

Rob has been brilliant. My wife and I wanted to create a garden room on the back of our house. We had the vision of what we wanted but didn't know what could or couldn't be done. Rob has helped us interpret the dream into a drawings and then planning. The permission was passed with limited ease and the build completed, to which Rob helped work with the builder.
