I received many quotes and spoke to many tilers and settled with sunny. he was the most professional and knowledgeable. he pointed out straight away that my floor screed was calcium sulphate and needed to be prepared and tiled in a specific way or it would fail within a year. he also advised me how to start the underfloor heating for the first time, whereas my plumber had told me just to switch it on once the floor was dry. he has given me excellent advice and the tiling is beautiful. I would recommend him to everyone.

They were very accommodating with their time, fitting in with the needs of both ourselves and the other tradespeople also working in the kitchen. Sunny and Manoj did a fantastic job. Of all the quotes I had before I chose a tiler, Sunny was the only person to ask about the type of floor I had and point out that I had bought the wrong type of adhesive for the tiles I wanted. He also did all the extra work needed that I hadn't even considered needed doing (removing and refitting sinks/toilets, removing doors, moving washer and dryer, caulking skirting boards). It was great to see him work, he's very much the perfectionist and was able to deal with my significantly uneven floor and provide a level finish. Really happy with his work, he's a genuine guy and takes pride in his work, highly recommend if you're looking for a tiler.

Sunny and his assistant tiled the whole of our downstairs floor (over 100m2). It's open plan and the levels from the old to the new extension were uneven, however this was no problem for Sunny! He is very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to overcome the difficult parts. My floor is level! we are very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend Bespoke Services to friends & family.

We used Sunny after our existing tiler completely messed the job up. Laying large tiles on under floor heating is not as simple as sticking the tile to the floor. Sunny knew everything about the matting, self levelling and the actual tiling. He is very knowledgeable and does not mess around.

Sunny is a brilliant guy my kitchen tiles was done by other tiler and he done a horrible job and when I found out about Bespoke tiling and rang sunny he did came and look at job and I asked him to get right and he said no problem I will do it and he gave me the cotation and I asked him to come and do it and he done it and done a amazing job We were so so happy the way he done it and after finishing the job leave the kitchen nice neat and tidy.I will definitely use him again. i wanted a simple square pattern on my floor, instead, I ended up with a very complex 3d design which is out of this world. every single person that has come to my house has commented on how amazing the floor is. Sunny takes a lot of pride in what he does and I now believe he is the best at what he does.

I had to wait for sunny but it was worth it. he was the only tiler who mentioned expansion strips, hardie backer boards, wet room tanking and many other items that are needed to do the job properly. He is super knowledgeable and I can understand why so many people are eager to hire him. all I would say is that you tell him what you want and let him tell you how to do it properly. he will listen to you but will not cut corners or agree with you if your wrong. I would not use anyone else for future projects and would definitely recommend him for any high end projects.

Recommended to me by my architect. 1 wet room, 3 bathrooms, hallway and downstairs floors all tiled. The designs and patterns this man can do is brilliant. The technical expertise and advice was vital in completing a 2 year project.
