I was recommended A.S Construction by a relative who had used their services previously. I was not disappointed. I worked with Amir and Naveed and I found both to be very friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. They were very competitively priced and their service throughout was excellent. Their structural plans were approved by the council and building control first time round and they kindly prepared revised plans at no additional charge midway through the project to take account of amendments to my building work. Building control did not cause any issues due to the clarity of the plans and calculations prepared by A.S Construction. Highly impressed by their professionalism and have no hesitation in recommending their services to others. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Worked with Akther on my double-story home extension and was very impressed. Included in the package were things that others charged additionally for. Builder and architect were very impressed with the detail and clarity of the drawings and plans and this took all the guesswork out and allowed them to get on and order the materials in advance and with confidence. Building control were equally as impressed and passed the plans without hesitation. Highly recommended.

I got my drawings and calculations done from AS Structural Engineer's and dealt with Naveed Saber who was excellent with sound understanding of structural design. The calculations were approved first time around and all contractors who reviewed the drawings as part of the tendering process were very impressed with the quality and level of detail provided within the package.
