Ade is a very detailed architect. I made use of his services for my garage conversion some months back. He helped with writing and obtaining the planning permission with the council. He also helped in providing a very reliable structural engineer to help with the works to be done. He was very prompt with his services and also very responsive and adaptable to my ideas. Ade Awoye Architects drew up extensive sketch layout plans for a refurbishment of a first floor kitchen and living room combined, with terrace. This involved full measurements, drafting of various plans, and options for fitted furniture, layouts, and a skylight. Also included were ideas for finishes and colour palettes, as well as materials and furniture. Two dimensional rendered images were also provided. All of this was performed to a very high standard, and drawings were produced very quickly after a speedy and perceptive understanding of our requirements. In addition to the plans, mood boards with indications of colours and textures were produced, and images of sample fittings and furniture were collated, including flooring and lighting. Ade Awoye himself was extremely easy to work with, showing a quick grasp of our goals, helpfully suggesting solutions from experience rather than imposing his view. I would not hesitate to work with him again, nor to recommend him to others, and I am most grateful to him for his good work.
