Sam has been a superb architect in our extremely challenging renovation. He navigated discussions with Arborculturist, Planning Office, our Builder with ease and although our timeline was extended Sam was able to react and often working over time on proposals to help get this over the line. We would highly recommend Sam for his patience and skill on large, complex building work.

I can’t say enough about this firm. Especially the service that we received from Sam. They did the design and planning applications for our new home. Everything went like clockwork. Sam has exceptional knowledge and an unbelievable enthusiasm for the work he does. Sam not only carried out several site visits but also came to my work place late one evening to carry out some revisions to the plans. And he did this at no extra cost. I engaged Divi-Design to handle development works that I needed to complete before moving into my new buy house. The work included obtaining necessary planning permissions from the local council and overseeing to completion. I had pleasant experience with them right from day 1 when I advertised the work and they contacted me. All aspects of the work were carried out to time and plan and they worked with the council to ensure the application was granted fully as submitted.
