My wife and I desperately needed to refurbish our newly purchased home. We contacted Domenech Designs Ltd as one of our neighbours recommended the company to us. We needed to replace an old rear extension that was in a very bad state of repair and was on the verge of collapse. We had them design a new 6 metre kitchen extension (under current permitted development regs). They also proposed we open up the living room and dining room by knocking down an internal wall that would really open up the space. We agreed and loved the idea but didn't know how to proceed. Timing was very important to us as my wife had just given birth and we needed everything done as efficiently as possible. Domenech designs Ltd provided all the necessary drawings, structural calculations and even recommended a trusted builder. Also they took care of the whole building control process. From start to finish everything went very smoothly and we were surprised at how little input was required by us. The end result looks absolutely amazing and my wife and I are both extremely pleased with our newly renovated home. I would certainly recommend them to anyone thinking of doing major renovation works to their home.

More than happy to leave a positive review for this first-rate company. We needed more space for our growing family so opted to have the loft converted for our modest house in Southgate North London. We contacted a number of local companies and quickly realised though Domenech Designs were not the very cheapest, they were certainly one of the more cost-effective options, some of the other local firms were charging almost 5 times as much! More importantly, though they were the most attentive and promised to deliver on our tight schedule. Was initially quite concerned regarding the whole process and how to go about it. Domenech Designs were very knowledgeable and put us at ease right away. Given their experience, they even made some superb suggestions for the conversion that we hadn’t even considered. The whole project went very smoothly, on time and on the budget, and under permitted development rules they handled all the drawings and the regulatory planning submissions to the council. DOMENECH DESIGNS LTD were are Architects for our loft conversion project for our semi detached house in Enfield. They also provided structural engineer and a party wall surveyor for our project. We have done an extension in the past with another Architect and the experience was a lot easier this time around as we only had to deal with one person for all the different services involved. It is also a lot cheaper and I find the prices to be very competitive. I highly recommend to anyone needing an Architect, Structural Engineer or Party Wall Surveyor.
