Just wanted to take a moment to say that F Line Designs have been absolutely brilliant in our plans for our home extension. I initially approached Fay to discuss an appeal after Harrow council initially rejected our first extension plans. Fay advised me why the council rejected the plans and suggested alternative designs. After going away and thinking about our plans, we decided to ditch our old architects (Resi) who gave really poor service and went with F Line instead. Fay has been brilliant throughout. Their designs were a lot more thought through and very stylish. Happily, these plans were recently approved by Harrow and we will begin work very soon. I would thoroughly recommend F Line Designs.

I must admit my project was small, just a garage conversion but from the first conversion with Fay I felt at ease and confident that my very tight deadline was not only doable but at a competitive price. Survey was done next day and plans drawn up within the week, Fay even took care of the council. Thank you, now I can get cracking and get the mother in law in her own room and get my TV back!!! 🤣
