The team at Finkernagel Ross worked tirelessly to engage with all relevant 3rd parties throughout the process from concept to completion at our recently completed Belgravia Mews project. We worked hand in hand throughout the build stage, information was always provided well in time against the construction programme and queries responded to in a swift and timely manner; the result of which was a smooth unhindered build and a fully engaged and happy client. The beautifully designed and executed property was then completed with the assistance of the Finkernagel Ross in house interiors team. We will certainly be engaging with Finkernagel Ross again on future projects, nice people and an absolute pleasure to work with, thoroughly recommended!

We were nervous and new to this kind of thing. The team were fantastic. At every point their team handled everything with great care and consideration. Our relationship with Finkernagel Ross goes back many years. Some ten years ago we embarked one of the largest projects in our history, the replacement of the main asbestos-ridden production hall dating from 1900 with a new 2,300 sqm building fit for the 21st century. Finkernagel Ross managed the 5-month construction process and sequencing throughout in such meticulous detail that it enabled production on our main machinery to continue throughout while the old building was dismantled and the new one was erected around it. Even our annual 2-week summer closure of our plant was programmed in to enable the switchover of services and completion works to allow our team to seamlessly pick up production upon their return from holiday. To this day we continue to work with Finkernagel Ross and have realised a number of further buildings and additions with them as part of our ongoing modernisation. The thought of designing and building our dream dwelling, at times felt like a nightmare until we met Catherine and Felix. Finkernagel Ross did our entire project holding our hands from the interpretation of our brief all the way up to and including completion. The first hurdle was to obtain planning consent for 9000 Sq ft of living space which meant satisfying us, the Council and our neighbours. Their design is timeless and jaw dropping; how can features that are so bold and different be so practical and enjoyable?! Paul Sidey our project architect was efficient and patient, always listening and reassuring us with his ideas and solutions. The whole team were inspirational and supportive in helping us to choose alternative finishes that we otherwise wouldn’t have but it was easy because we trusted them. There was always a feeling that our house was their baby. It’s been 2 years that we have had the pleasure of living here and we find ourselves singing their praises daily as we effortlessly derive utility from all the amenities put in place with family living in mind - thank you for making our dreams come true.
