Thank you KPCL and team. We appreciate Jubayr and Lisa's help on this. Although our first application was rejected, we respect that they managed to get our application through the second time for our rear and 1st floor extension. The result was definitely an early Christmas gift to us. We thank you for your patience and professionalism in dealing with this matter and getting our planning application through Newham Council. We will be instructing you further for the next step and we look forward to cooperating with KPCL again in getting the next step done after the planning stage. Hopefully we could get the refurbishment started in the coming year.

I am so pleased that we hired KPCL to provide us with scaled architectural drawings and a structural calculation report for our large Velux Loft Conversion with bathroom. KPCL Architect Mahbub Hasan Khan arrived here on time. I found him to be very polite and professional throughout his two and a half hours working time with us. His plans and drawings were excellent and he has been so helpful with other parts of the whole process that I do feel we have had tremendous value for money and would not hesitate to use him/ KPCL again. We wished to use our existing unused Loft space to create an L-shaped Loft to have Bedrooms and W.C. KPCL ARCHITECTURE have been professional throughout the whole process. They understood what we wanted and designed accordingly and professionaly. Newham council approved the plans very quickly. The fees and the initial quote was very clear. Overall , they were very easy to speak to and I would highly recommend KPCL ARCHITECTURE.

Good service at a good price,I was happy to deal with Fawad and KPCL for my kitchen extension application, they dealt with everything (calculation/council application/thames water application) and the process was straight forward and hassle free.
