f. m.Mr Corti helps us in restoring our 19th century family home not far from the lake of Como.
He has found a very clever way to separate the third floor from the rest of the building (our main purpose) and to create a new stair inside our two plans apartment. He managed in a very professional way the builder company and all the suppliers, especially the craftman who renovated the old wood floor. He also well managed the new layout of different spaces on the first floor, according to our needs, and projected two new bathrooms and a brand new kitchen. We are very happy of his job.

From a point of view of the main contractor, Lorenzo’s project drawings and specification are always detailed, accurate and require minimal, if any, clarification. This ensures accurate budgeting and planning with no surprises down the line. He leads communication between client, contractor and other parties in a clear and efficient manner. Any changes to designs are handled quickly so building works can progress without delay.
