M. C.We have had a wonderful experience using MI Design. We were struggling to fit a downstairs loo into our proposed new kitchen extension when we contacted them and ultimately they provided four different layout options to choose from. Colin was wonderful, so easy to work with, and we were so pleased with the build and the service we received that 18 months later we asked them to design a loft extension to incorporate a remodelled roof design. We are so pleased with how it all turned out and I cannot recommend them enough - it was worth every penny.
M.Collin provided the design of our whole house renovation. The project was very substantial as we stripped down the whole 3-storage house and moved the location of stairwell.
Collin was skilled, professional, considerate and always reachable. His design is clean yet sophisticated, modern yet homy.
We had a few major difficulties during the build out phase with our builder but thanks to Colin's help we managed to complete the project to a good standard.

Particularly in terms of the design stage of things, we found their input invaluable. They came up with a design for both our loft & extension which included things we just never would have thought of on our own. They gave us different options for both parts of the build & were happy to let us steer them based on our preferences.
After the design stage, during submissions for planning approval & subsequently throughout the build, they were always on hand to keep us posted & reply promptly to any queries we had. Compared to most of the other ‘professionals’ we encountered throughout the process, we found that they lived up to this moniker: they were professional & efficient from start to finish.
