G. T.Kathryn and the North Avenue team are managing our full house renovation. It's a period Georgian house in a north London conservation area and so we have plenty of complex issues to deal with. However we've successfully submitted planning and are working on the detailed design phase now, and so far Kathryn & North Avenue have been excellent. Kathryn is an excellent project manager, always happy to pick up the phone and call suppliers / engineers / builders to get the project moving forwards. She also has a fantastic set of contacts, in particular her in-house architect Yordan has been really great. We will be working with North Avenue all the way through to tender, and are looking forward to getting started on the works!
