Sammy and his team did a very good job at my London Basement flat. His team removed and replaced my steps, tiled the outside area and waterproof rendered outside walls. The team was friendly and conscientious and I was very happy with the quality of the work. Everything was done in a timely fashion.

Pimlico Building Ltd did a fantastic job refurbishing our flat. The standard of work was very high, the builders communicated every step of the way, they worked quickly and were extremely respectful of the neighbours. We are especially grateful because a cowboy builder had started the work as a result of which the electrics had been condemned and most builders would not take on such a job. We can't recommend Pimlico Building Ltd highly enough.

We chose Pimlico because I visited their previous job and saw it to be of a very high standard, and also Sammy spent hours with me going over the details so I got the impression he was keen to get it right. I am very glad we chose Pimlico. The results are great, and every day I am pleased with many of the decisions which we came to. Sometimes I changed things during the build which although they didn't really encourage that, they still always would discuss and help us find the best option. The teams were skilled and reliable, and they were dedicated to our job so no other customers for that team therefore no delays. This was important given the cost of an empty house in London. The workmen were hard working and polite. I wish Pimlico and Sammy all the best and thank them for the great job they did.

A personal, customer focused approach. Very competitive, stick to their timelines and go the extra mile. Even organised our VAT exemption after mentioning that our son, who has complex needs would be using the extension. Sammy and his team quoted a very competitive price for a large scope of work on our house. It is an old damaged Victorian property which required a lot of skill and determination to turn into a nice house. Sammy ensured that the right people were there to finish to a high standard and within budget.
