We have had a rather tough ride on our extension we are currently having built. However I would say one of the better decisions we have made was appointing Pineapple Structures to carry out the structural drawings and calculations on our project. We initially went to another Structural Engineer who was awful and missed a lot of key information which was required by Building Control. Thankfully we got Roger on board and he provided all the drawings/details/calcs we required to get sign off. Roger is professional in his approach, pleasant, thorough and sets out exactly what you need in regards to a compliant design. I would definitely recommend Pineapple Structures and Roger to carry out any Structural drawings/advise you might need.
