It is easy to recommend Architects when they are helping move forward on a project, but sometimes it's just as important that they are able to put the brakes on sometimes, and avoid costly mistakes being made. In my case, I used WindsorPatania to do a preliminary assessment of a project I was about to enter into. They raised a number of issues for concern which ultimately meant we could not carry out the project as intended, and so we pulled out of the transaction without incurring many costs at all. A comprehensive report with a Zoom call to follow, money well spent.

Windsor Patania is the complete architectural practice with a supreme building design team, and a fantastic business team that can help advise those looking to invest in properties for renovation or new build. Giovanni, Roberta and Ryan have provided professional and accurate service. Consistently communicated with us about stages of our projects and each time were very patient to explain complicated architectural concepts. Firstly, the team has noticed a major planning mistake made by a previous planner, prior too work commencement. Compensated the loss of space by quality and bespoke design, much appreciated by surveyors and inspectors, making the HMO loft conversion one of its kind in the area. Also, the team has successfully overridden a previously refused planning permission for a three flats conversion from 5 bed HMO. They've promptly communicated with the local authority and liaised with us, making sure that all areas were covered to obtain an approval for the development. Thank you.
