I have been talking to the team at Zanoply for a while and we have finally completed our first planning project together. Semsettin is very hands on and has a wealth of knowledge almost to the point that he is able to predict the outcome so will take an approach that will give you the customer the best outcome. He makes things easy. Semsettin can never help too much. He was always available and just full of advice and I honestly cannot wait for him to add extra services so we can work together from end to end.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience of Zanoply. When I think of the stress of dealing with people in the building and planning industry, it's always a relief to get an email from Zanoply. On a professional level, Zanoply are a delight to deal with. They complete on time, they are responsive and very polite and upbeat whether in person, by email or on the phone. In terms of product, they take planning applications to a new level. As well as traditional planning drawings, Semsettin's stunning 3D full colour designs allow a vision of the proposal that draws you in and lets you see how the space will work - and to imagine living there. I've never seen such a rich level of architectural detail. You want to grab a bottle of wine and sit on the roof terraces he draws. Thoroughly recommend and happy to discuss.

We engaged Zanoply projects in early 2017 to undertake our architectural design drawings. Zanoply drew up a series of plans for the internal re-arrangement of our four-bedroom property, then refined them, layering detail from all angles. Zanoply seemed to understand exactly what we wanted from day one. Semsettin had many brilliant plans and thoughts, several of which we incorporated into our design and did not try to force all of his plans upon us. Semsettin also exceptional in keeping us update about the Council planning permission process and was working closely with case officer. Semsettin Karahan visited us when required and helping us through decision making. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Semsettin worked on getting LDC's on a couple of properties . I found the quality of the service to be excellent in all respects and was particularly helpful in giving advice on related aspects which was over and beyond the original remit.
