After a previous Architect took my money and delivered NOTHING ! Enter M1 Architecture Ltd. Came to see me in Bradford, West Yorkshire from Manchester. Spent best part of 4 hours in measuring discussing and understanding my house extension requirements. As promised approx. 3/4 weeks later produced an excellent draft drawing for approval followed by what I can only describe as a very detailed professional comprehensive plans with Building Regs requirements for sub-mission. I can only describe Mohamed as a true Gentleman, Knowledgeable and Passionate about the subject of Planning Design- Drawing - Building Control. For all those who are undecided. You will not be disappointed doing business with M1 Architecture Ltd

Loft conversion and rear extension - Mo talked us through everything, did the drawings on time and submitted them to planning. Kept us informed throughout and everything went through without a hitch.
