A. P.KK Architects created the drawings and managed the planning application for our house renovation, which included structural work and a garage conversion. Being in a conservation area, the process was not without its challenges but Ada was very professional and very responsive.
Throughout, we have been asking a lot of questions, adapting the drawings etc. Ada responded quickly to all our questions, modified drawings on request and had a call with our builders to clarify some points.
We thought the price was very reasonable and the service she provides very good value for money. She also works with a very good structural engineer who, like Ada, is very responsive and very good value for money.
We will be recommending KK Architects to our friends and family in the future.

Ada was quick with the drawings and helpful when we wanted to make some tweaks to windows. Sending the revised drawings straight away. Can’t recommend her enough.

Ada kept chasing the authorities for us and took us through a planning appeal after receiving no decision from the councils planning department. Our appeal was successful!

They were patient and understanding in coming up with designs; taking the time to listen to our needs and putting them into a feasible and sensible plan. Obtaining planning permission was made simple and potential pitfalls were covered off in our application resulting in our application being granted without a hitch.
They then looked after us right the way through to build completion: providing timely and helpful guidance and detailed explanations/plans to assist our structural engineer, our building contractors, the water supplier, etc whenever required.
