Rang them with an issue. They were very honest in telling me this is a very sophisticated job and didn't take my money. The man with the glasses is not brilliant at cutting keys, always had to come twice for a second adjustment. He is always asking whether the key has been cut after the original, which was always the case. If you wait for another member of staff it’s fine the first time. Otherwise, the service is good at this place.

covid safe. Cut some security keys which didn't work but when I went back offered a refund or try again. I took back the second attempt and they worked. Very polite staff and we will use them again

Quality assured here they are a specialist lock and door supplier and had exactly what I needed and were a better price than other stores. Great customer service and I left with the view to opening an account with them.

I needed a key cutting today and don't use Timpson anymore because their duplicates often don't fit and are wildly expensive! AC Leigh was half the price and the key works fine. They have customer parking behind the shop and a rear entrance to the store.
