We are so pleased that we found this company. Mehdi provides a great all around service. He is easy to work with, polite and professional. He produced drawings efficiently and promptly and his prices are reasonable. When we hit problems with obtaining planning permission, he went the extra mile, clearly working late into the evenings and at weekends, to ensure that our application was successful. Used Mehdi and his company for a large complex extension with a truss roof room as well, changing plans and ideas along the way!! Nothing was to much trouble for him,from survey to drawings to planning dept. Mehdi took care of everything in a pleasant professional manner and overcome obstacles from all areas concerned. We were recommended to Atticad and Mehdi by a friend. Mehdi provided us with a prompt, professional and efficient service in designing a revamp of part of our house to create a self contained annexe involving a new staircase access, bathroom, kitchen and downstairs loo. He listened to our requirements and made helpful suggestions which were appropriate to the character of the house and these were then incorporated into the design. Mehdi communicated regularly and kept us up to date with likely timing. He also liased with Structural engineers and building control so that necassary approvals were secured for the project.
