I am a Private Client and business owner myself, I understand what good customer service is and I have no doubts why “these guys” have won 7 awards in 3 years! Their design are exceptional I’m over the moon with my house extension and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. The attention to detail was paramount, which is the reason we are so proud of what we now have for our family home. I think for me, the key factor was that I could visit their office and instantly feel at home. The owners dog instantly giving you a feeling of warmth in the office, and gives confidence that they care about enjoying their work, as well as the results of their work. I'd recommend Acres Architecture as they will make you feel welcome while also providing a fantastically professional service.

We know Acres Architecture professionally as a supplier of Renewables for many of their projects for developers and private clients in the past. They were always courteous and professional with us, which is why we approached them to look at site finding and securing planning permission for our brand new house. Since transitioning to a Client role we have been astounded by the attention to detail that the team at Acres take you through in order to complete the process. They really leave no stone unturned to ensure that you get everything you want from the design and nothing is too much trouble for them. The customer service was exceptional they made us feel a million dollars every time we spoke to them and had meetings at their fantastic Studio. We originally we intended for a traditional looking property but once we saw some examples of what their design team is capable of we rapidly changed our mindset and aligned with the examples of their designs they put forward at our initial consultation. We would highly recommend Acres Architecture as Architects. Their design talent is outstanding and the attention to detail in customer service is impeccable.

**Update 13th September 2018** After leaving my initial review below I was contacted by Edward Acres the founder of Acres Architecture who thoroughly apologised for the initial issues I had experienced. He explained what had occurred and wondered if I would still give him the opportunity to quote for the job. I agreed to this as I felt the way he dealt with my review and also the fact that he had taken the time to contact me personally was above an beyond my expectation. Edward has now just left my property and I would just like to say that I found him to be very professional and informative, he listened to our wants and needs and gave us honest and fair timescales. I'm pleased I agreed to see him and have now changed my review to 5 stars based on this. Contacted Acres Architecture on 14/08/2018 and spoke to Jodee Best, she told me I would need to fill out their ‘Online New Project Enquiry Form’ whereby she would send me the link to do this, I filled this out straight away and received an automated email informing me that I should hear from them within 48hrs about 'Scheduling your Initial Client Meeting', however I am still waiting to hear from them 18 days on..... hence the 1 star review.
