We used Dan at Crayon for plans for our extensions after he came recommended by multiple people. Dan took the time to understand not only what we required from the extension but why we needed the space. Dan was helpful and knowledgable throughout the planning and building regs process, keeping us informed with the status. Very reasonable priced for the level of service. Would thoroughly recommend.

We engaged Dan from Crayon to redesign the front elevation of our house and contract manage the process including tendering and contractor selection. We loved the design and the work was done very competently and quickly. Dan was on hand to sort out any problems. We would love Crayon to design us a single storey home at some point in the future.

Crayon Architects have provided fantastic support throughout design, planning permission and building regulations for a single story extension. After making contact with them and talking through our requirements Crayon Architects provided a couple of different options which we were able to look at using 3d software. This really helped to visualise the space. Dan from Crayon Architects was more than happy to tweak the design and talk through the pros and cons of what we wanted, ensuring that the design still maintained functionality. After we were happy with the design, they handled the applications for planning permission and building control, making the whole process really simple. All the stages were communicated very well and we recieved regular updates as the application progressed. Overall we received a professional service with a friendly and personal touch and we are looking forward to progressing with the project.
