Studio Jb has designed me an amazing custom eco home in Grimsargh incorporating the ideas and needs of both my teenage children and my wife. The design is truly unique and John has helped me from start to finish obtaining planning permission for a difficult project ,a 500sqm home with 5 balconies, capturing stunning views and implementing the movement of the sun into the design. Furthermore John addressed the concerns of the neighbours with such professionalism, in his approach John satisfied and maintained great relations with all the adjacent consul-tees. John helped with design, surveys, tradesmen, authorities & builders and assisted me in gaining a substantial reduction with my chosen timber frame company. I can’t recommend Studio Jb enough I simply can’t list all the help, meetings, etc and we are looking forward to the next stage of the build, John has been by my side at every stage of the build.
