R. C.The team at RS Studio provided expert planning advice for my detached garage, which had initially been refused by the Local Planning Authority. They devised a step-by-step process to achieve planning permission in exactly the same location I had previously been refused for. By skilfully using PD rights as a 'fallback position' they were able to successfully navigate a difficult planning scenario and won at Planning Committee where they attended on my behalf. I would gladly recommend RS Studio for all your planning needs. Previously to this they designed, produced Plans and obtained Planning Permission for the complete renovation of my Bungalow to an agreed specification.
