I have nothing but praise for the team at Post My Plans. I had taken over a project and was trying to gain planning permission for a community noticeboard. I needed good advice and swift action and this I got from them. They communicate clearly, do exactly what they say they will and go above and beyond to provide an excellent service. I felt as though I was in the safest of hands and can now push through a project which was floundering. Fees were transparent and enabled me to make quick decisions. Thank you to Sags and the team. I contacted Sags when I needed planning permission for a new window on the side elevation of my house and I am so glad I did. With a little help from me (i.e. taking photos, measuring and counting bricks) he managed to remotely create and submit plans to the council. They came back with a query whilst I was on holiday, but Sags managed to talk them through what I wanted to achieve and permission was granted last night! Communication all the way through the process was excellent and he responded to my emails at all hours. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend his services.

Sags is so approachable and friendly, he genuinely cares about the job he is doing, striving to get it right the first time by getting an understanding of what we wanted. Sags is a credit to architect services, he knows his stuff and advised at every point and guided us through. He knows the expectations of the planning committee to get designs approved, he advised on this while designing. He also has a keen eye and amazing planning/design talent but checking that it’s what we wanted, all for a reasonable price. Sags is so busy but he’s working tirelessly around the clock to get plans completed (2am he emailed out floor plans for our approval as we were eager to get the plans submitted). Sags was quick to respond in answering my many questions, most not even about his work just about other processes for the extension which he always help with, he’s gone above and beyond.

Sags took on our project without the knowledge of its complexity. With no hesitation he got on with it and always kept us well informed along the way as well as responding very quickly to any questions that we had . With our house being an old house, the council had issues with our plans, however, Sags made changes to the plans and we eventually got the permission granted. I would not hesitate to recommend him, especially because of how fairly priced he is and for the high-quality of his service. Couldn't thank him enough!

If I could give Post My Plans a 10 star then I would. As a complete novice in commercial properties I had no idea what I would require, but that didn't matter, Sags ran me through the protocols of constructing floor plans and relevant applications step by step. I believe that a less patient company would have tired of my constant questions but Sags was more than willing to explain to me the ins and outs of his work. Furthermore the correspondence had been incredible with replies to my messages being within an hour (even on a Saturday and Sunday!). From start (my first email) to finish Sags was able to complete his work in less than a week (including the submitting of relevant applications to the council). And the fees were the best around. Top work by a top company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend / colleague.

Sags at Post My Plans has been very prompt, helpful and kept us up to date during the prior approval application in Stoke council. Prior approval was granted with slight amendments of the drawings which Sags completed very quickly. There were a couple of unexpected things which came up after prior approval contrary to our understanding prior to the application but Sags dealt with those in an appropriate and professional manner which was highly appreciated. Sags also took his initiative to provide his advice in terms of next steps and even recommended some local builders. I would definitely use Sags in the future for planning applications within Stoke council.

Best in the area Our planning application is a very difficult one , but sags took it on without hesitation , and it has proved to be a great success ! I have to say sags is the best in the area, with the most competitive price and top class service . He kept us informed every step and explained everything , always very quick responsive and very efficient. Spot on architectural and planning services provided by Post My Plans, I cannot fault one little bit. In order to get my business kick started I required retrospective planning permission for an A3 & A5 use in Tunstall and this was all dealt with by Post My Plans. They were always on hand to answer all my questions and queries no matter what time of day or night I always had a response immediately.
