A big up for someone who doesn't consider a job filed when it's been finished! It was very pleasant to work with Phil during the planning and drawing stage of my kitchen renovation. He had some very useful suggestions on design, and the planning application and drawings were done swiftly and smoothly. I have most gratitude, however, for the after sales service. Phil readily and happily gave me the benefit of his industry knowledge and contacts when he could have considered his part in the project had been completed. I used Phil Rand after seeing his approved design work on my neighbour. He was very quick to respond to me phone request to meet up. The process then onwards was very smooth and professional. He explored the extension plans with me and accommodated my requests with his ideas. He would bring the printed design to my home for reviews and further adjustments with in the agreed time lines. He was always accommodating of the changes. Phil managed the Swindon planning submission well and followed through till the final approval. Particularly liked his CAD designs which allowed simple changes to be made quickly. Pleasure to work with him and would highly recommend.
