We contacted Victoria for a rear extension. Vicki gave us a few ideas based on our requirements during the initial visit before guiding us to arrive at the final design a few weeks later. She was professional and efficient throughout and also managed the permitted development rights and the building control with the local authorities for us. The working drawings were of very high quality, allowing our builder to follow them with ease. Now that the building work is finally completed, we absolutely love the new space and guess what, it looks exactly like Vicki's visual design back then. We can 100% recommend Vicki to anyone looking for a seamless service with a wealth of ideas and advice.

We contacted Victoria to design an extension and reconfigure part of the ground floor to our property. This also involved overcoming issues relating to the existing roofline. Having visited us and looked at the property Victoria very quickly came up with 2 different designs which met our requirements. Having liked elements from both of the designs we asked Victoria to merge ideas and she then delivered an ideal design solution. We are looking forward to getting the project moving and seeing the end result. We would recommend Victoria and definitely use again should the need arise.

We used Victoria to produce a two storey extension inclusive of kitchen, master suite. This involved reconfiguration on the ground floor and difficulties with existing rooflines and floor levels. We were very specific with our requirements and she managed to capture our brief within the design first time. Attention to detail and mindful of regs, very fast delivery and excellent with communication throughout the planning application process. Being a professional (FCIOB) in the construction business, I was pleasantly surprised how easy this proccess was with Victoria and discussing minor updates was very easy with the turn around also very fast indeed. Vicki was recommended by a friend of mine to design a four bed forever family home along with a triple garage. From the first site visit right up until approval of the detailed plans, her eye for detail and ideas were second to none. Communication throughout all of this has been absolutely brilliant and I cannot express how important this is to me. Nothing is too much hassle at all. She kept me up to date with the council side of things, relevant documents I had to fill in and sign and listened to exactly what I wanted design and layout wise. After receiving the initial plans and 3D renders back after only a few weeks from site visit, I was blown away! Few tweaks here and there and it was ready to be submitted. Fast forward two months, detailed planning has now been approved and any council comments or queries throughout the two months have been answered professionally and quickly on my behalf.
