A great town centre venue providing help/assistance/guidance on a wide range of subjects from benefits entitlements to healthy eating and keeping warm in the winter. There are also classes and social groups ranging from crafts to meditation. All the staff who I have had dealings with have been extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Used the Chiropody service in Barrow which was excellent

Lots of different classes friendly staff lots of things to learn from card making meditation woodwork knit and natter glass painting helping out in the kitchen no nead for anyone to sit at home being lonely go and learn something you want to and make friends
