Excellent gym, flush with a variety of cardio machines, freeweights, racks, and strength & conditioning equipment. Classes are challenging and enjoyable, attended by a friendly community; open gym and personal training is also available. Staff are friendly, passionate, and knowledgeable. I always feel good after a session in this place :)

I use the gym on the occasions when I visit northern ireland. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and it never gets too busy. They have a great crossfit area and ample free weights and deadlift facilities. It is popular with elderly and the young with no posers or weights hogging, I would recommend! my only criticism is that they need soap in the changing rooms!
