They provide large number of various classes including kids and adults. Coaches and teammates go above and beyond to support you and help your fitness levels and mental health.

I get to see a lot of what goes on behind the scenes and this is more than just a club, the members and coaches look out for each other and help each other. If IFS can help you in any way shape or form they will and I love this about the gym, I didn’t see this with the last companies I worked for.
